Atlanta Black Expo Returns Bigger Than Ever for Historic 2026 Expansion

The Atlanta Black Expo (ABE) is officially leveling up. The largest showcase of mixed, non-industry-specific Black-owned businesses in the Southeast will return to the Georgia World Congress Center from February 20–22, 2026, marking the most ambitious year in the event’s history.

Now in its fourth annual iteration, the 2026 Atlanta Black Expo will nearly double its physical footprint, expanding from 105,000 to an impressive 196,000 square feet. The expanded space will host over 300 Black-owned businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations, with more than 5,000 attendees expected across a newly introduced three-day weekend format.

“This isn’t just an expo; it’s a monumental economic shift,” said Corey Moore, founder and CEO of ProNetworker, who relaunched the Atlanta Black Expo concept in 2023. “By expanding to three days and bringing 300-plus Black-owned businesses under one roof, we’re formally establishing the Atlanta Black Expo as the undisputed epicenter for Black enterprise and consumer engagement in the Southeast.”

A Weekend Built for Impact

The 2026 Expo officially transitions into a full three-day experience, beginning Friday and delivering intentional programming designed to educate, celebrate, and circulate dollars within the community.

Friday, February 20 kicks off with Education Day (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), featuring curated workshops centered on small business development and health and wellness. The evening closes with Black Foodie Friday (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), a signature tasting event spotlighting local Black-owned food and beverage brands competing for the 2026 ATL Best of Award.

Saturday, February 21 brings the energy with the Exhibitor Showcase (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), transforming the convention floor into a high-vibe marketplace highlighting the depth and diversity of Black entrepreneurship. The celebration continues that evening with Back on the Yard (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), an after-party honoring Atlanta’s HBCU and Divine Nine communities with old-school vibes, classic hits, and competitive game night energy.

Sunday, February 22 closes out the weekend with day two of the Exhibitor Showcase (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), running alongside the Kids Business Expo, which educates and uplifts young entrepreneurs. The final day also features high-level panels on Franchising and The State of Black Business, fast-paced Speed Networking, a Health Fair, and the immersive Black Art Expo, celebrating Black creativity across mediums.

Honoring Legacy and Leadership

Continuing its tradition of honoring changemakers, the 2026 Atlanta Black Expo will present the ABE Trailblazer Award to Jamal Bryant, following last year’s honoree, Andre Dickens.

The Expo also builds on momentum from a milestone year in 2025, when ABE made its debut at the Georgia World Congress Center after two successful years at the Cobb Galleria.

Power Partnerships Fueling Growth

Central to the 2026 mission is a strengthened alliance with cornerstone partners, including the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), and the Atlanta Black Chambers.

“The true power of the Atlanta Black Expo lies in its people and our collective commitment to mutual success,” said Melvin Coleman, President and CEO of the Atlanta Black Chambers. “This partnership is a shining example of what happens when we align our resources with intentional community and strategic collaboration.”

Long-time exhibitors echo that sentiment. “Over the last three years, we have been dedicated partners at the Atlanta Black Expo,” said Cynthia McCalister, CEO of Quality SAP. “The Expo allowed us to connect with hundreds of business owners nationwide, and in 2025, we were recognized as the top vendor for attendee registrations.”
