To mark this milestone, JFJ proudly presents “Clothed in Confidence: 25 Years Strong”, a grand celebration honoring its legacy of transforming lives. Hosted by Chuck Bennett, Fox 2 News Style Guru, the event will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Motor City Casino, featuring a special keynote address by actress, TV personality, and businesswoman Cynthia Bailey.
A champion of entrepreneurship and self-confidence, Bailey is renowned for her success on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, her thriving business ventures, and her advocacy for health and wellness through her collaboration with Weight Watchers. “We are thrilled to welcome Cynthia Bailey, a true powerhouse in business and entertainment, to share her wisdom and insights with our attendees,” says Alison Vaughn, Founder and CEO of Jackets for Jobs. “Her journey embodies the essence of resilience and empowerment, values that align perfectly with our mission.”
Bailey echoes the sentiment, recognizing the profound impact of Jackets for Jobs on thousands of lives. “It is an honor to support an organization that has helped over 40,000 job seekers present themselves with confidence and dignity,” says Bailey. “When we uplift one another, we create extraordinary opportunities that help move us all forward.”

- Karen Hume – A retired District Manager of TJ Maxx, celebrated for her unwavering support in advancing JFJ’s mission.
JFJ will also pay tribute to DTE Energy, a key supporter since the organization’s inception, hosting its first clothing drive 22 years ago, paving the way for decades of impactful service.
Adding a stylish flair to the event, JFJ will present an exclusive fashion show in collaboration with Michigan Fashion Week, showcasing professional and empowering styles designed to inspire confidence in the workforce.
