The kitchen is officially open again.
After making history with its record-breaking debut, CLEO TV’s hit lifestyle series Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E returns tonight for its highly anticipated second season, bringing audiences another helping of delicious recipes, unforgettable family moments, and the undeniable chemistry that made the show an instant fan favorite.
Hosted by Tamar Braxton and her mother Evelyn “Ms. E” Braxton, the series became CLEO TV’s highest-performing series premiere ever, proving that viewers weren’t just tuning in for the food. They were showing up for the laughter, love, and authentic family dynamic that has long made the Braxtons household names.
Season two promises even more of what audiences have come to love.
Each episode invites viewers into the Braxton kitchen, where cooking becomes more than preparing meals. It becomes an opportunity for storytelling, humor, family traditions, and heartfelt conversations that remind viewers why gathering around the table remains one of life’s greatest connections.
Whether they’re putting their own spin on classic comfort foods or sharing new culinary creations, Tamar and Ms. E continue to prove that the best ingredient in every recipe is the joy of cooking together.
The series is produced by Powerhouse Productions, with Rochelle Brown and Sonia Armstead serving as Executive Producers, Kenneth Colbert as Senior Producer, and Evelyn Braxton also serving as Executive Producer. Tamar Braxton joins the production team as Executive Producer through Tamar Braxton Productions, with Susan Henry overseeing the series as Vice President of Original Programming and Production for CLEO TV.
As CLEO TV continues expanding its lineup of programming celebrating Black culture, family, and lifestyle, Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E remains one of its signature series, blending entertainment, food, and authentic conversation into an experience that feels as comforting as a home-cooked meal.
Season two premieres with new episodes airing every Wednesday at 9:30 PM ET/CT on CLEO TV.
For Tamar and Ms. E, the recipes may change each week.
But the love, laughter, and family spirit remain the main course.
