The founder Isaac M Hamm III is a speaker, author, brand strategist, and event planner.
Isaac recently talked to Snubb3d Magazine about the importance of representation and not just speaking about it, but being about it. Consistency is key. Hamm expressed that many times companies and brands start things but generally never have follow-ups or just give updates to keep clientele involved.
Isaac’s mission is to partner with future jump start companies to advance and equip them with the marketing strategy and tools to create a unique brand that captivates the public in the most successful way.
“We want brands to know that we take an in-depth look into their world to make certain that they are presented in the best way to their target audience before we begin to execute and deliver outstanding results.”
The positive feedback and the understanding that he is changing lives daily brings Mr.Hamm so much joy.
For the past 12 years he has been an advocate for Black Music Month and was even coined “The Godson of The International Music Month by Ms. Dyana Williams. In 2018 Isaac was appointed as one of the youngest persons to become a board member of Philadelphia’s Legendary Uptown Theater. In November of 2020, Isaac was selected by mentor Dyana Williams to become a key member of the Music Industry Relations Collective for Nashville’s TN new Black culture music museum The National Museum of African American Music, a platform that chronicles black music from the 1600s to the present.
This dynamic powerhouse has worked with numerous celebs and organizations through the years such as: The City of Philadelphia, The City of Atlanta, The UNCF, eONE Entertainment, Verizon Wireless, Lexus, 2x Grammy Award Winner Algebra Blessett, Multi-Platinum selling group SWV, Multi Award Winner Sheryl Lee Ralph, Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and actor Robert Christopher Riley, etc.
In addition to all his accomplishments, he has a book out titled “The Brand Is You: 5 Easy Steps To Building A Successful Brand” and a beard line called “BeUnique.” Both ideas were birthed during the quarantine in hopes of helping to improve the life of others.
Isaac is continuing to flourish in the entertainment world and is continuing to be ahead of the game. The future is bright and there is so much more in store Isaac shared.
