ATL Fight Fest Proves Atlanta Is Ready for the Return of Big Fight Energy

Atlanta did not just host a boxing event — the city hosted a movement.

Route 30 Promotions stepped into the spotlight with ATL Fight Fest, delivering a high-powered collision of boxing, music, culture, and community that reminded everyone why Atlanta continues to be one of the most influential cities in entertainment. From the energy in the building to the hometown pride felt throughout the night, ATL Fight Fest became more than a sporting event — it became a cultural experience rooted in unity, empowerment, and elevation.

The night immediately set the tone as Heiress Harris delivered a heartfelt rendition of the National Anthem, creating a moment that felt both powerful and deeply connected to the city’s spirit. As fans packed the venue, the atmosphere reflected the heartbeat of Atlanta itself — bold, vibrant, unapologetic, and full of culture.

ATL Fight Fest also drew support from some of entertainment and sports’ most recognizable names including CeeLo Green, Deontay Wilder, King Harris, Big Bank, Marvin Arrington, city officials, and community leaders, all showing up in support of Route 30 Promotions’ growing vision for Atlanta. The event carried a sense of purpose beyond the ring, shining a spotlight on youth inspiration, community impact, and creating opportunities through culturally driven entertainment.

Even after the unexpected cancellation of the scheduled Leo vs. Aleem matchup due to missed weight requirements, the momentum of the night never folded. The crowd remained fully engaged as Atif vs. Oberton took center stage in an explosive main event that delivered the intensity, athleticism, and championship energy fans came to see. Adding another unforgettable layer to the evening, Atlanta rising artist Young Mal brought the arena to life with a standout walkout performance for Atif that had the crowd fully locked in before the opening bell even rang.

“ATL Fight Fest was always intended to be bigger than boxing,” shared Manu Jones, Co-Founder of Route 30 Promotions. “This event represented culture, opportunity, community empowerment, and the reintroduction of Atlanta as a serious fight city.”

What Route 30 Promotions created was not simply a fight card. It was an experience that blended sports, music, culture, and community into one unified moment for the city. ATL Fight Fest showcased Atlanta’s ability to host impactful live entertainment while also proving that boxing still has a strong place within the city’s evolving cultural scene.

If this event was any indication of what is ahead, Atlanta’s fight era may just be getting started again.
