Brandy Norwood is bringing the holiday magic back to Lifetime.
Following the success of last year’s Christmas Everyday, the GRAMMY Award-winning singer and actress will return to star in and executive produce Christmas Everyday Again (working title), a sequel continuing the story of Francine “Fancy” Ballantine. The film recently wrapped production and will be featured as part of this year’s It’s a Wonderful Lifetime holiday slate.
Brandy reprises the role that earned her an NAACP Award nomination, with several familiar faces returning alongside her. Her real-life daughter, Sy’rai Smith, returns as Fancy’s younger sister, Belle, while Debbi Morgan reprises her role as their mother, Evelyn, and Robert C. Riley returns as Fancy’s fiancé, Jaylen.
“I’m so excited to step back into Fancy’s world,” Brandy shared. “Making Christmas Everyday was such a special experience, and I’m thrilled that audiences will get to continue this journey with these characters.”

This time around, Fancy is preparing for what could be the biggest season of her life. The Chicago fashion designer is working to secure the future of her thriving boutique while simultaneously planning her dream Christmas wedding to Jaylen.
With Evelyn and Belle by her side, everything appears to be falling into place. However, mounting pressures surrounding her business and the unexpected return of a reformed ex begin to complicate Fancy’s picture-perfect holiday season.

As Fancy attempts to carry every burden herself, she unintentionally begins pushing Jaylen away. With Christmas quickly approaching, she must confront her past and decide whether she is willing to release what was before it threatens the future she has worked so hard to build.
The sequel will also welcome back Kajuana S. Marie as Deena, Journey Carter as Tia, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman as Germaine, and Lamman Rucker as Richard. Gregory Alan Williams joins the cast as Earl.
Behind the scenes, Brandy is once again extending her influence beyond the screen. Christmas Everyday Again is produced by FOX Entertainment Studios, Relevé Entertainment, and Motion Entertainment, A WPP Media Company, for Lifetime.
Brandy serves as an executive producer alongside Dr. Holly Carter, Ryan Ramsey, Stella Bulochnikov, Fernando Szew, Hannah Pillemer, Larry Grimaldi, Adam Shepard, Chet Fenster, and Brie Miranda Bryant. Keesha Brickhouse and Angela Shin serve as producers.
Director Roger Bobb also returns for the sequel, reuniting with writer Meg DeLoatch, while FOX Entertainment Global will handle international distribution.
With Brandy returning to lead the story and a cast filled with familiar faces, Christmas Everyday Again continues Fancy’s journey through family, love, ambition, and second chances, all wrapped within the warmth and complications of the holiday season.
