This Christmas project has been a long time coming for Ruben. “I’ve always wanted to do a Christmas project, but it always got pushed aside,” he says. “About two years ago, my friend, producer, and musical director John Jackson and I decided to start working on it whenever we could. Now, after two years of on-and-off recording, we have this EP, and I couldn’t be more excited.”
The recording process, Ruben reminisces, was more than just studio sessions; it was a trip down memory lane. “Singing these songs brought back memories of childhood holidays, and I hope they bring that same warmth and nostalgia to everyone who listens.”
