Mary Mary, John P. Kee, David & Tamela Mann Lead Atlanta’s Original Praise in the Park

Atlanta is getting ready for a major day of gospel music as Variety Entertainment brings The Original Praise in the Park back to the city on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Wolf Creek Amphitheater.

This year’s celebration is bringing generations of gospel together on one stage with a lineup led by Mary Mary, John P. Kee, and David and Tamela Mann.

The outdoor event will blend traditional gospel, contemporary gospel, praise and worship, and inspirational music for a community-centered celebration of faith, fellowship and music.

A Powerful Lineup Heads to Atlanta

Joining the headliners for the 2026 event are Anthony Brown and Group TherAPy, Lisa Knowles-Smith and The Brown Singers, Canton Jones, Adia, VaShawn Mitchell & Friends, Dwight Stone and Friends, Joann Rosario, JP’Dann Armstrong, Lee Vasi, Nia Allen, and Jai & Q. Parker.

The expansive lineup represents different generations and sounds within gospel music, bringing established favorites together with artists continuing to make their mark on the genre.

Mary Mary, the GRAMMY Award-winning sister duo of Erica Campbell and Tina Campbell, helped push contemporary gospel into the mainstream by blending gospel with influences from R&B and soul.

John P. Kee brings decades of gospel history to the stage through a career as a singer, songwriter and choir leader, while David and Tamela Mann have built careers that extend across gospel music, television, film and the stage.

Together, the lineup creates a celebration that reflects just how broad gospel music continues to be.

More than a concert, The Original Praise in the Park is set to bring the Atlanta community together for an outdoor experience centered around music and faith.
